Blaine County Charitable Fund (BCCF) currently makes grants to individuals that work and/or live in Blaine County regardless of citizenship status who lacked other resources to obtain financial assistance focused mostly (but not exclusively) on housing, utilities, transportation and health care in times of unanticipated crisis.
