ResourceLink Idaho is a nonprofit organization building a smarter, more accessible platform for resource navigation and case management in Idaho. Our services are designed for both individuals in need and the providers who support them. We focus on: • Public Resource Search Tool: A user-friendly digital platform where people can search for local, state, and federal programs they are likely to qualify for—such as housing assistance, food programs, healthcare access, and more. • Case Management System for Providers: A collaborative backend system where social workers, nonprofits, and case managers can track client needs, share referrals, and manage services efficiently. • Eligibility Matching Technology: Smart filters and screening tools that increase success rates by connecting people only to resources they’re likely to be approved for—reducing wasted time and application fatigue. • Community Partnerships: We actively collaborate with service providers, government agencies, and community organizations to improve referral accuracy, reduce duplication, and improve outcomes for Idaho families. • Training & Outreach: ResourceLink also provides onboarding for partners, community presentations, and strategic outreach to underserved populations to ensure equitable access to essential services.
