Our goal is to build a community-wide organization of individuals and entities, whether secular or faith-based, to provide support through interactive relationships with those working in our restaurants, fast food places, and hotels and motels. We aim to be in relationships with community organizations, individuals, and hospitality workers.? CDAIDE is a resource and partner in meeting needs of individuals who serve, but who also need to be served. Our support could include providing counseling, mentoring, financial support, access to health care, one-on-one relationships and other measures as determined needed.
